On estate improvements, we have 41 blocks of satisfied residents who benefitted from the Home Improvement Programme. More bus stops, bus services have been swiftly added to the new BTO estate which also serves the rest of Nee Soon Link. A covered walkway was completed for residents of Orchid Spring/Vista, Yishun Floral and Jade Spring/Vista to access our N4 Town Centre/Mall through the coffeeshop. Our roads and footpaths are safer for pedestrians with more speed humps, Silver Zone (Yishun Clover/Green), traffic lights at Yishun Ave 1 (Orchid Spring/Vista), and bollards (Miltonia/Yishun Green). Speed detection equipment as well as more signages are being placed at footpaths. Much has been done and there’s still more we plan to do with more sports facilities coming up, more improvements to our N4 Mall, along with a new Nee Soon Link CC that is underway!
