S&CC is due on the first day of every month and payable without demand from the Town Council. Residents have a one-month grace period to pay their S&CC. This means that if payment is made within the calendar month, late payment penalty fee will not be imposed.

The monthly Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) goes towards the maintenance and upkeep of the common property within the Nee Soon Town. Some of these services include:
- Provision of essential maintenance and repairs of lifts, water pumps, switchrooms, lightings
and lift rescue services - Conservancy and cleaning works
- Landscaping and horticultural works
- Preventive and cyclical maintenance works including repainting and re-roofing
- Replacement of water pipes and automatic refuse chute-flushing systems

GIRO
GIRO is a cashless and convenient mode of payment. With payments made automatically on a regular basis, you will no longer have to worry about late payment and penalty charges.
Inter-bank GIRO will take about two months to process. As such, residents are advised to continue to pay their S&CC by other forms of payment method until they are notified of their GIRO commencement date.
Deduction through GIRO is made on the 18th of every month. There will be a 2nd GIRO deduction made on the 3rd of the following month if the deduction on the 18th is unsuccessful. Please also note that certain banks will levy a service charge in the event of each unsuccessful GIRO deduction. Residents are advised to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account for GIRO deduction or make prompt payment to our Council to avoid any penalty charges.

RCCS is another alternative payment method. RCCS allows you to make recurring monthly payments of the S&CC through your Visa/Master card.
You will be informed of the commencement date for the deduction once your bank has approved the application. In the meantime, residents are advised to continue to pay their S&CC by other forms of payment method until they are notified of their RCCS commencement date.
Upon activation, the recurrent credit card payment arrangement will continue to be in effect unless Nee Soon Town Council is informed in writing to terminate the arrangement.
